Updates from the Chef.......

We had our pre inspection at the catering kitchen for our new equipment on Tuesday that went well. Permits are being ordered for install and the work should be done soon. Sadly it wont be in time for Thanksgiving but we should be fully up and running with our Meal Prep Program and other new services before Christmas. We are still busy catering and doing events off site, and will continue to keep you posted.
