Welcome to Heavenly Eats Catering. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Services

Heavenly Eats Catering provides full-service catering for private events, corporate functions, weddings, film production, and special occasions. Services may include on site food preparation, delivery, setup, service staff, and cleanup, depending on the selected package.

All services are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are always subject to change based on market pricing and conditions.

 

2. Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit totaling 10% of invoice is required to secure your event date.

The remaining balance must be paid in full 3 days prior to your event date. Waived for Corporate Events, Schools/Universities, Private Chef Events, and Churches

Events are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

All deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations made more than 10 days before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the deposit.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date are non-refundable.

All changes to guest count or services must be submitted before the agreed deadline.

 

4. Guest Count & Final Details

Final guest count must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event date. .

Billing is based on the final confirmed guest count, not actual attendance.

Menu selections and event details must be finalized by the agreed deadline.

 

5. Payment Terms

We accept payments via: cash, credit, venmo, zelle, apple pay, and check. If using a credit card a 3.9% processing fee will be accessed. 

Late payments may result in cancellation of services or additional fees.

Additional services requested on the day of the event may incur extra charges.

 

6. Food & Safety

Heavenly Eats Catering complies with all local health and safety regulations.

We are not responsible for food once it has been served or left unattended.

Clients must inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions in advance.

 

7. Venue & Setup

Clients are responsible for ensuring the venue provides adequate space, access, and utilities if required.

Any venue-specific rules, permits, or restrictions must be communicated in advance.

 

8. Equipment & Rentals

All equipment provided remains the property of Heavenly Eats Catering.

Clients are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to equipment during the event.

 

9. Liability

Heavenly Eats Catering is not liable for damages caused by third-party vendors or circumstances beyond our control, including delays due to traffic or weather.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Heavenly Eats Catering harmless from claims arising from the event.

 

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.

 

11. Media & Marketing

We may use photos or videos from events for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the event.

 

12. Website Use

By accessing this website, you agree to use it for lawful purposes only.

You may not use this website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair functionality or interfere with other users.

Unauthorized use of this website may result in legal action.

 

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, branding, logos, menus, and design—is the property of Heavenly Eats Catering.

14. Pricing & Information Accuracy
