Good afternoon, hope this post finds you well. During my time off I have been swamped with catering requests and as recent as the end of last week I was offered an opportunity to potentially work with an amazing well established chef on an exciting project that will bring new exposure to my brand. While all of these additions are truly awesome I have to balance my time. Instead of totally stopping "Meal Prep Mondays" we will modify based on strength of catering for the remainder of the Spring and Summer seasons. Everything will remain the same, you will still receive menus and still will be able to order via the site. I just don't have an exact time frame of when but looking to resume meals back sometime in May. I do realize that this presents an inconvenience, and I am truly sorry. I will look to do other theme nights at the kitchen to supplement. You all have been amazing at supporting my brand and being loyal customers. It took this long to write as I truly considered so many other ways to possibly make this all work. While I have an amazing team, this was ultimately the best course of action. Our intentions are to resume a more traditional schedule for Fall and Winter. Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience. I am committed to growing in my craft and I believe this opportunity will allow me to enhance my talents and grow my opportunities.
