
ASIAN CHICKEN SKEWERS

Ingredients
• 1–3 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
• ½ cup hoisin sauce
• ⅓ cup teriyaki sauce
• ⅓ cup teriyaki glaze
• ⅓ cup sweet Thai chili sauce
• ¼ cup ketchup
• ¼ cup honey
• 5–7 cloves fresh garlic
• ¼ cup soy sauce
• 10–15 skewers (metal or thick wooden, approx. 5-inch)
• Scallions (for garnish)
• Polynesian sauce, Chick-fil-A (for garnish)

DIRECTIONS
1. Cut boneless, skinless chicken thighs into ½-inch cubes and set aside.
2. In a blender, combine hoisin sauce, teriyaki sauce, teriyaki glaze, sweet Thai chili sauce, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic, and honey. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour marinade over chicken, mix well, and marinate for 3–5 hours or overnight.
4. Thread marinated chicken evenly onto skewers.
5. Grill over medium-high heat for 3–5 minutes per side, rotating until fully cooked and nicely charred. Optional oven method: bake at 375°F for 20–30 minutes, turning once.
6. Garnish with sliced scallions and drizzle with Polynesian sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
