
BLACKENED SALMON SKEWERS

Ingredients
• 1 side fresh Atlantic salmon, skin removed, pin bones removed
• ¾ cup blackening seasoning
• ⅓ cup olive oil
• 1 package thick skewers (corn-on-the-cob style)
Wasabi Crema Drizzle
• ¼ cup wasabi paste (adjust to taste)
• ½ lemon, juiced and seeded
• 1 teaspoon soy sauce
• ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
• 1 teaspoon garlic ginger paste

20 min (minimum 3-hour marinade)

DIRECTIONS
1. Rinse salmon and cut into bite-sized cubes. Pat dry.
2. Drizzle salmon with olive oil and generously coat with blackening seasoning. 3. Thread salmon evenly onto skewers and set aside.
4. In a bowl, combine sour cream or Greek yogurt with wasabi paste, adjusting spice level to preference.
5. Add lemon juice, garlic ginger paste, and soy sauce. Mix well and set aside.
6. Heat a pan over high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Pan-sear salmon skewers on all sides for a couple of minutes per side until just cooked through.
7. Remove from heat and allow to rest briefly. Drizzle with wasabi crema and serve.
