The Gannon Family

The Gannon family rents a property in LBI each year and hired us as their private chef for a three-night experience. Each evening featured a unique theme and a distinct chef-curated menu.

We were contacted after their previous chef retired and were brought in to prepare appetizers, dinner, and dessert for their entire family vacationing at the Jersey Shore—approximately 30 guests. Our selections and presentation truly wowed the group, and the experience was as enjoyable for us as it was for them.
